You should have been given not only the gate entrance code and your key fob, but also a key to the bike shed, please ask your vendor or landlord for more information or contact Wildheart, our property managing agents. Wildheart's details can be found on the Contact Us page.
There are very strict rules about pets, you may find out more on our FAQs page. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the estate grounds. Please obviously remove your dog poo. Please ensure dogs are not left alone barking and disturbing neighbours.
Please be a considerate neighbour at all times, no smoking of weed creating antisocial behaviour, as per lease, please be mindful of noise especially late at night because we are a very quiet estate. But we would love to welcome you and have you join in with our wonderful little community, the WhatsApp group is a great place to start, please introduce yourself and find out more about your new neighbours!
